Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required at the time of your registration. Summit cancellation fees are as follows: June 30 to July 31, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration fee. August 1 to September 15, a $200 cancellation fee. After September 16, no refund.

Two Day Appraisal Summit (Oct. 31-Nov. 3): This fee includes the Trainee & Supervisor Event, opening reception, exhibit hall access, light breakfasts, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch and conference sessions on Monday and Tuesday (14 Hours of Appraiser CE).

NAA Member Fees:

  • Early bird - $549 (until June 30)

  • Regular - $649 (July 1 to September 15)

  • Late - $749 (after September 15)

  • Appraiser Trainees (and Aspiring Appraisers) - $449

  • State Appraisal Organization Leaders (email us for special pricing). Your name must be listed as an officer/director on your organization’s website.

  • Group Rate for 4 attendees - $1900 (Must pay for at least 4 attendees at the same time. Email us for the code for more than 4 people.)

NAA Non-Member Fees:

  • Early bird - $749 (until June 30)

  • Regular - $849 (July 1 to September 15)

  • Late - $949 (after September 15)

Conference Attendee Guest:

  • $299: This fee includes exhibit hall access, opening reception, and two luncheons and must be purchased as part of a paying conference attendee. This fee does not include conference sessions. Guests are not allowed in the conference sessions.

Daily Registration Fees:

  • $429 (You will select which day you will be attending during the registration process.) Sunday fee includes the Appraiser Trainee/Supervisor sessions, opening reception and exhibit hall access on Sunday only. Monday includes a light breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch and conference sessions on Monday only. Tuesday fee includes a light breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch and conference sessions on Tuesday only.

  • Oct. 31: The Appraiser’s Guide to the New URAR (7 hrs – Separate Registration Fee-$199)

  • Nov. 1: UAD 3.6 Deep Drive (3 hrs – Separate Registration Fee-$115)

  • Nov. 1: Desktop and Hybrid Certification - Part 1 (4 hrs – Separate Registration Fee-$129)
