Gives the student a better understanding of the foreclosure process, highlighting challenges associated with REO properties from accepting the assignment to delivering the report. Included is the use of the 1004MC and estimating repair and clean-up costs.

The course is designed for lenders, appraisers, and brokers to give them an update of the aspects of Fannie Mae requirements for the Form 1025, with special addenda necessary for completion under current requirements, to include the Market Conditions Addendum, Form 1004MC.

Provides the student with an understanding of the development of technology used to assist the appraiser in his/her daily work. Tools for use by the appraiser are varied and change as technology changes. A view of the current technologies available to the appraiser is reviewed.

Introduces the real estate appraiser to the fundamentals of statistics, data analysis and regression analysis with a direct connection to practical applications. Explanation and demonstraton of software.

Residential Report Writing, No. 140 - 8 hrs continuing education

The course is designed for lenders, appraisers, and brokers to provide them instructions on how to write an appraisal report. The focus is directed toward instruction on the completion of the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).

2010-11 USPAP Update, No. 101 - 7 hrs continuing education

The course is designed for appraisers, interested real estate brokers and lenders to give them an update of the significant edits that have been made to create the most recent versions of the USPAP. The course is unique in that it incorporates seven classroom hours of instruction developed by the Appraisal Foundation and it Education Advisory Council. It promotes a uniform, standardized presentation of appraisal standards throughout the US real property appraisal community. The materials are those developed specifically for the course by the Appraisal Foundation and the instructor(s) must be certified by the Appraiser Qualification Board to instruct the material.
