Summit Hosts     

The Appraisal Summit & Expo is co-hosted by Appraisal Today and The Columbia Institute. These two organizations have come together to bring the real property appraiser timely and pertinent information.

APPRAISAL TODAY
Appraisal Today has published newsletters, in both print and email formats, as well as books and special reports since its founding in 1992. It has a nationwide constituency and has produced five national appraiser conferences and expositions. The owner and publisher is Ann O’Rourke, MAI, SRA, MBA, who is also a practicing appraiser in the San Francisco Bay area. She is well known throughout the appraisal country for her appraisal expertise and leadership in appraisal industry progress.

THE COLUMBIA INSTITUTE
The Columbia Institute is a nonprofit 501c(3) educational foundation. Its mission is to provide meaningful education and services at a reasonable cost. Columbia now offers more formal appraisal classes in more locations than any other school or association in the country. George R.
